To proceed, select your card type from the dropdown menu below. If you are unsure which one matches your card, contact your coordinator or consult the internal “DUNDLE Card Correspondence” guide. Any incorrect information will not be processed; every field is subject to strict validation before submission.

Once the type is chosen, fill in the amount, secret code, purchase date, and your email address. Our system will check the data consistency and return a processing confirmation within 48 hours. All information is encrypted end‑to‑end according to the DUNDLE CRYPT 256+ standard.
